I offer simple, affordable grant support for small charities and community organisations. My process is designed to be clear, flexible and collaborative.

Step 1

Get in touch via email or phone
I’ll send you a short Google Form so I can understand your work, your goals, and the type of funding you’re looking for.

Step 2

Free consultation (30 minutes)
If I feel we’re a good fit, I’ll get in touch to organise a free phone or video call. This is a chance for us to connect, ask questions, and make sure the process feels right for you.

Step 3

Grant research (optional)

If you’re not sure where to start, I can search for suitable funding opportunities.

  • $25 per hour

  • I’ll usually begin with up to 5 hours ($100) of research

  • If I haven’t found the right opportunities within that time, I’ll check in with you before continuing

Step 4

Grant writing

I provide tailored support to prepare clear, strategic grant applications that align with funder priorities.

  • $30 per hour
     

Typical timeframes (as a guide only):

  • Small grants (under $20,000): approximately 5-10 hours

  • Medium grants ($20,000–$100,000): approximately 20-30 hours

  • Large grants ($100,000+): approximately 40-60 hours
     

These are general estimates and can vary depending on the complexity of the application and the information available.
